fantastic stay near st mark's square!
perfect location clean room
the location was perfect. i found it very easy to get to via vaporetto. my room was clean and had a mini refrigerator. the air conditioning worked great. i was happy to have my own bathroom with a hairdryer.
the breakfast wasn't great. the hot food seemed a bit dry. it didn't seem very fresh. i noticed it seemed to only be filled once.

The proximity to st mark's square was convenient. It was just a short walk. i appreciated having complimentary coffee and tea in my room.

Acceptable Stay Near San Marco
service alley loud noises
The room faced a service alley. Restaurant staff gathered there to pile garbage bags. They also smoked and talked loudly late into the night. This made it difficult to sleep. I would have preferred a quieter location away from the back of the restaurants.

The location was AMAZING!!! It was close to many attractions. The room had a fridge and a coffee machine which was very convenient. I appreciated the staff's restaurant suggestions. They were very helpful.
